- How is this different from running your actor myself?
- Maintenance. Doing it yourself means an Apify account, reading the input schema, handling site changes, and turning dataset JSON into the shape you actually use. Managed means you get finished rows and none of the rest. US$299 is also a flat number, which budgets better than per-item billing — and you never have to scrape less to save money.
- Is the data real-time?
- No. It is a once-a-day batch, 08:00 Taipei time by default and adjustable. Tighter intervals are possible but priced differently — cost tracks how often it runs.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. The first week runs free. If the columns are not what you needed, we stop and you pay nothing. I would rather you see real rows before deciding.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, no contract. Tell me and the next cycle is not billed.
- Can you see what I am tracking?
- Yes — the schedule lives on my account, so I know which keywords or estates you follow. I am not going to pretend otherwise. If that is a problem, a one-off build on your own account fits you better.
- What if my site is not on the list?
- Ask. Every site on the coverage table is already shipped and more have been probed. Some sites I do not build at all — the ones that need a headless browser cost more per item than the data is worth, and I will tell you that instead of taking the job.
